Born in China and raised in Naperville, Illinois, Quinn’s passion for criminal justice led her to Southern Illinois University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology/Criminal Justice, with a minor in Forensic Science. Her academic background gives her a unique perspective on both the legal and psychological aspects of the justice system.
Before joining Combs Waterkotte, Quinn gained hands-on experience in the criminal justice field, working at Stateville Correctional Facility and later as a court clerk for the St. Louis County Circuit Court. These roles provided her with firsthand insight into the inner workings of the legal system, strengthening her ability to support clients and attorneys alike.
Outside the office, Quinn enjoys staying active through fitness, spending time with friends, attending sporting events, and exploring new restaurants.
