Andrew Skoklo brings a diverse background in public service, investigations, and client advocacy to Combs Waterkotte. Before joining the firm, Andrew served in both law enforcement and corrections, where he gained extensive experience investigating incidents, evaluating evidence, interviewing witnesses, preparing reports, and navigating complex legal and procedural issues. His firsthand understanding of the criminal justice system provides clients with valuable insight into how cases are investigated, charged, and prosecuted.
Prior to his law enforcement career, Andrew proudly served as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy, attached to the United States Marine Corps. Andrew served alongside the Marines providing medical care in challenging operational environments. His experience instilled the discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to service that continues to guide his professional approach today.
Throughout his career, Andrew has worked directly with individuals facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Those experiences shaped his belief that every client deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and unwavering advocacy. He understands that legal problems affect not only the individual but also their families, careers, and futures.
Andrew was raised in the St. Louis region and is committed to serving the community he calls home. Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, exploring local food destinations, and golfing.
