Scott Michael Dunn: When does the license suspension start in a DUI case in Illinois?
Joshua Boardman: Part of the paperwork or information that is given to you at the point of arrest or at the time of arrest is going to be a notice of a statutory summary suspension. That paper will indicate that your license will be suspended 46 days from that incident of arrest.
