Scott Michael Dunn: Can I remove an arrest record after a sex crimes case?

Joshua Boardman: So, the process would be to file a petition in the county in which the arrest took place to expunge or to seal those arrest records. And that’s going to be based on the charge that the arrest was made for a number of factors. And then the judge has the determination of evaluating is it in the public’s best interest to have those arrest records sealed or expunged? Do they qualify under Illinois statutes, etc.
