Scott Michael Dunn: After a CDL DUI, does is automatically suspend my driving privileges in Illinois?
Joshua Boardman: Generally, it is supposed to because it’s triggered by the arrest. Now when that actually shows up or when that actually occurs.. As defense council, I don’t have any control with the administrative agencies that facilitate that process but generally you are suspended upon the arrest which the arrest would be immediately following whatever allegations of impairment there would be.
