Joshua Boardman: So, if you’re getting into the realm of aggravated or enhanced beyond the fact that you’re at a higher level felony, there’s also some conduct incident to that. For example, was there utilization of a firearm during that process during the incident alleged? Then you can have additives to your sentence of 10 years, 20 years, etc.
