Interview Transcript

Scott Michael Dunn: What happens if there was force or threat alleged?

Joshua Boardman: Depending on the type of force, if it results in some form of bodily injury, if that force is conducted through firearm or threat to use a firearm or threat to kill, or with any sort of weapon or anything like that, then oftentimes the state’s attorney will utilize that fact as justification for filing the charges under an aggravated umbrella.
