Scott Michael Dunn: How long does THC stay detectable for DUI cases in Illinois?

Joshua Boardman: Yes, so without getting into too much scientific nuance or the body’s ability to break it down. I mean, it depends on the quantity that’s ingested, but it can be days, it can be weeks. I mean, people can show THC in their system, you know, 3 weeks after or even longer through different types of testing. But I would say a general answer to our clients is days to weeks.
