Scott Michael Dunn: Now, what happens after a second offense of a CDL DUI in the state of Illinois?
Joshua Boardman: If you have got charged with a second DUI and you were a CDL holder, you can expect that you will likely receive a lifetime revocation of your CDL privileges.
Dunn: That’s it.
Boardman: And that’s it. So, on your first one, it’s a 12-month suspension, but beyond that, it’s very punitive.
Dunn: Two strikes, you’re out.
Boardman: Two strikes. Well, one strike.
