Joshua Boardman: You may be able to get a permit or restricted driving permit for your personal driving privileges, but you can anticipate that if you have been arrested for a DUI and subsequently convicted that you don’t get a hardship for your CDL privileges. You may be eligible for a hardship for your personal driving privileges.
