§ 579.072 RSMo – Supplying Materials to Make Drugs in Missouri

579.072. Furnishing materials for production of a controlled substance — penalty.

It’s illegal to give someone chemicals if you know they’ll use them to make drugs.

This law makes it a crime to provide materials like solvents or chemicals to someone if you know they’re going to use them to make illegal drugs.

1. A person breaks the law if they give any chemicals, solvents, or materials used to make drugs to someone else, knowing that person plans to use them to illegally produce a controlled substance.

2. This crime is a class E felony.
