579.041. Drug masking product, unlawful distribution, delivery, or sale of — penalty.
Selling or giving away fake urine or other products to cheat a drug test is illegal
You can be charged with a crime if you sell or give someone something meant to help them cheat a drug or alcohol test.
1. For this law, these words mean:
- (1) Drug masking product: Fake urine, real urine, or anything meant to be added to urine, hair, or saliva to fool a drug or alcohol test.
- (2) Synthetic urine: Something that looks or acts like real urine.
2. You break this law if you illegally give, sell, or deliver a drug masking product to someone else.
3. This offense is a class A misdemeanor.
