Joshua Boardman: If it’s taken too late and outside the time parameters that are placed on officers conducting the tests, then it can be grounds for legal challenges through suppression issues or through arguing that as a reasonable doubt later on. So, it’s imperative to always evaluate time frames as part of the discovery process to make sure that any testing was within the applicable timeframes.
