Joshua Boardman: Correct. Yes, so that’s a determination based on your criminal history, any sort of adverse actions against your license previously. Oftentimes, they treat that program as a benefit for first-time offenders. Those folks have traditionally not shown previous violations for driving laws or driving under the influence or previous convictions for those things. So they get the benefit of the doubt and they can choose to try to participate in that.
