Joshua Boardman: You do not have to take a roadside breath test. It is your right to reject, or deny, or not consent to that kind of testing. You just have to understand that where you do not participate in their roadside breath test, or breathalyzer, or anything like that, they have the right to arrest you. And so you need to anticipate that that’ll likely happen.
