Joshua Boardman: You certainly can and the thinking is, I mean, there’s no laws prohibiting alcohol consumption in Illinois, outside of you know age requirements and things like that. So the DUI marijuana charge mirrors the DUI alcohol charge because the question is are you impaired? Are you under the influence of something that is impairing your ability to operate a vehicle safely?
