Scott Michael Dunn: Can a DUI be expunged or sealed in Cook County, Illinois?
Joshua Boardman: Generally, the advice that I give to my clients is that if you receive a conviction for a DUI, it is not eligible for expungement under the current statutory scheme in the state of Illinois.
