Joshua Boardman: It really doesn’t matter if you’ve never met them. For example, on the revenge porn, were you in receipt of content or conversations, pictures, videos, things like that?

Dunn: Unsolicited advances—

Boardman: —that are of a sexual nature. And did you disseminate those? That happens all the time, especially in this age of social media. People engage in those kind of conversations and all that kind of conduct without ever meeting one another and then disseminate it and can end up being charged on that basis.
