Joshua Boardman: A number of them. You’ve got criminal sexual abuse, you’ve got criminal sexual assault, you’ve got aggravated extensions or enhancements of those types of charges, you’ve got charges like grooming, online grooming is considered a Class 4 felony in the state of Illinois. So, anything pertaining to typically unwanted conduct of a sexual nature, any sort of non-consented-to physical contact, any sort of sexual explicitly imagery or anything, especially pertaining to a minor, all of those are going to be felony classifications.
