Combs Waterkotte represented a Franklin County man on murder in second degree cold case from 1987. The state alleged that our client, along with others, raped, tied and bound the victim before killing her and disposing of her body. Our client was charged 32 years later. Our client provided a full confession to the killing. Despite the confession, we secured a favorable 10 year plea offer.
