Combs Waterkotte represented an East St. Louis man initially arrested and charged with murder in the second degree and armed criminal action St. Louis City. We were hired immediately and went to work investigating the circumstances leading to our client’s arrest. After a 10-day investigation and several meetings with the prosecutor, we were able to show that our client already left the scene of the crime, which was a parking lot of a night club. All charged were dropped.
