302.454. Use of device shall be required, when.

If you’re on probation and allowed to drive, you must use an ignition interlock device.

This law says the court must make you use a certified ignition interlock device while you’re on probation if you’re allowed to drive during that time—no matter what kind of license you have.

1. If a person is on probation and allowed to drive, the court must require them to use a certified ignition interlock device for the full probation period. This applies whether the person’s driving privileges are restricted or not.
