720 ILCS 646/35 – Use of Property for Methamphetamine Manufacturing

This law makes it illegal to let any place or thing you own or control be used to make meth.

In simple terms, this law says you can get into serious trouble if you help someone make meth by letting them use your property, vehicle, or belongings. Breaking this law is a Class 2 felony, which means it is a serious crime with harsh punishment.

(a) It is against the law for someone to knowingly use, or let someone else use, any car, building, land, or personal belongings they own or control to help make methamphetamine.

(b) Sentence: Anyone who breaks this law commits a Class 2 felony.
