720 ILCS 5/33F-2 – Unlawful Use of Body Armor (During Commission of Offenses)
This law makes it illegal to wear body armor while committing or trying to commit a crime with a dangerous weapon.
This Illinois law says that a person breaks the law if they knowingly wear body armor and have a dangerous weapon, other than a gun, while committing or trying to commit any crime.
Sec. 33F-2 A person commits the offense of unlawful use of body armor when that person knowingly wears body armor and has a dangerous weapon, other than a firearm, while committing or trying to commit any crime.
