Adam proudly began his law career with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, first serving as a uniformed police officer in the City’s 5th District and later as a Detective in the North Patrol Division’s 5th District Detective Bureau. While with the SLMPD, Adam earned numerous commendations, including a Meritorious Service Citation and the department’s highest honor, the Medal of Valor.
Adam possesses unique knowledge of how investigations are conducted because he used to conduct them for a living. He knows the protocols of traffic stops, evidence collection, search warrants, suspect interviews, field sobriety tests – and, more importantly – when those protocols are ignored.
After admission to the Missouri Bar, Adam spent almost two years as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney with the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Working with all level of cases, from traffic cases and misdemeanors to serious felonies like Robbery and Assault, Adam understands the burden of proof and the strategies used to secure convictions.
Adam is a lifelong resident of St. Louis City, where he lives today with his wife Nicole, daughter Charlotte, and son Leo. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys muscle cars, hunting, cooking, St. Louis sports, and spending time with his family.
