573.206. Patronizing a sexual performance of a child, offense of — penalty.

It’s a felony to be involved in or seek out a sexual performance by a child.

This law makes it illegal to ask for, watch, or take part in any performance involving sexual conduct by someone under 18 years old.

1. A person commits patronizing a sexual performance of a child if they:

  • Obtain, request, or take part in a sexual performance involving a child under 18.

2. Patronizing a sexual performance by a child is a class C felony.
