567.085. Promoting travel for prostitution — penalty.
It’s illegal to sell or offer travel that involves prostitution.
If someone sells or offers travel plans that help someone engage in prostitution, it’s a crime.
1. A person commits this offense if they knowingly sell or offer to sell travel services that involve or support prostitution as defined in Missouri law.
2. This crime is a class D felony.
