Adults can’t have sex acts with teens under 17.
If someone age 21 or older has deviate sexual intercourse (oral or anal sex, or penetration with an object) with someone younger than 17, it’s a crime in Missouri.
1. A person commits second-degree statutory sodomy if they are 21 or older and have deviate sexual intercourse with someone under 17 years old.
2. This crime is a class D felony.
