302.200. Effect of revocation — penalty.

It’s illegal to drive in Missouri if your license is suspended or revoked.

This law makes it a crime to drive in Missouri if your license or permit is suspended or revoked. You can’t use an out-of-state license, either.

1. If your Missouri driving privilege is suspended or revoked, you must not drive here under any other state’s license or by any other means until you’ve legally gotten your Missouri license back.

2. Breaking this rule is a misdemeanor. If you’re convicted, you face the penalties set for driving while suspended in section 302.321 (usually a fine and possible jail time).
