Travel companies can’t sell trips that involve prostitution
This law makes it illegal for travel or tour companies to sell or promote trips that involve prostitution in any way.
1. Travel agencies and tour companies are not allowed to offer, sell, or advertise trips that help or encourage people to take part in prostitution.
2. If a company breaks this law, the Secretary of State can shut down the business and freeze its bank accounts while legal action is happening.
