566.061. Sodomy in the second degree, penalty.
It’s a felony to force someone into a sex act without their consent.
If a person knowingly engages in a deviate sexual act (oral or anal sex, or penetration with an object) with someone without their consent, it’s considered second-degree sodomy and is a felony in Missouri.
1. A person breaks this law if they have deviate sexual intercourse with another person knowing the other person does not agree to it.
2. This offense is a class D felony.
