Justin Michael Noll, 32, who lives between Hillsboro and Festus, has been accused of molesting a girl over a two-month period. The girl was younger than 14 at the time of the alleged incidents, according to court documents. “Mr. Noll is innocent of these charges and has always asserted his innocence,” said Noll’s lawyer, Steven A. Waterkotte in an email. “He has been fully cooperative with law enforcement and DSS (Department of Social Services) and has nothing to hide. These allegations are a fabrication created and coached by the alleged victim’s mother.”
